All trade stand enquiries are managed by individual fixtures.

If you are interested in attending all the fixtures at a particular venue then you will need to contact the secretaries (or specific trade stand Managers) for all those meetings.

Start by going through the fixtures on the fixture menu to see which dates you can do and then contact that fixture directly.

Occasionally bad weather forces us to postpone or cancel a meeting.

In the first instance most fixtures will try to rearrange the fixture for another date. If this is successful we will share the new information here on our website and on our social channels too.

If all else fails then the meeting will be abandoned and all tickets will be refunded,
