Penalties: For each win on or since 2nd June 2017 in a Steeplechase or Hurdle race under the Rules of any recognised Racing Authority (Point-to-Points excepted) 7lb extra; for each win since 1st July 2017 in a Men’s, Ladies or Mixed Open Point-to-Point 5lb extra, and for each win in a Confined, Conditions or Club Members Point-to-Point in this period 3lb extra.’
