Going Report

The going at Dingley for the Fernie meeting on 5th May:

Saturday 27th

After a few light showers in the last couple of days, the ground at Dingley is generally soft.
Current forecast for the next week shows mainly dry weather.
A few dry days should improve the going
The course has not been raced on this season there is a good cover of grass which will be topped and course preparation continues
Best time to walk the course will be after Thursday to get a realistic view of what the going will be on the 5th.
